Today I received a letter from my cable provider Time Warner announcing a new free service . "Start Over" enables you to start a show over from the beginning no matter if there is even a minute of the show left just as long as it is within the viewing window . This is cool if you are channel surfing and come across something that looks interesting BAM ! You can start it from the beginning . Only about 40 channels are enabled with the Start Over programming but it's a start and more will be added .
